I’m Diane Vespucci, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes for over 20 years. My path into real estate started long before I earned my license — from connecting people and homes through my early work in education and volunteer coordination to becoming a full-time Realtor in 2005. I believe being “the best” isn’t about having the most sales, but about truly understanding my clients’ needs and doing everything possible to meet them.

After moving to Saint Augustine from Northern Virginia, I jumped into real estate during one of the toughest times in the market. That challenge shaped my career and taught me the value of determination, adaptability, and honesty. Over the years, I’ve guided first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and relocating families, always with the same goal — to make the process clear, smooth, and stress-free.
